Love Food Hate Waste Roadshow in Leeds

The highlight of the Food Theatre saw two members of the public take to the hobs in an International Pancake Cook-Off. Amanda, from the UK, was ‘Team Sweet’ and Natalie, from New Zealand, was ‘Team Savoury’ as they battled to use up even Nigel’s leftover ingredients in a race to make the best pancake. In the end, Amanda won the mini-hamper, kindly donated market traders, with her triumphant banana pancake!
